New clients will be able to book directly from service provider's web page, Facebook, Google, Google Maps...

Just a few clicks to book

Services are organized by categories, fully customizable. Here are the booking steps:

Select one or many services
Chose a preferred service provider and date
Pick available time slot
Get immediate confirmation (also by email)

Cancelation, Modification and Rebooking

From the booking details, users can easily:

Cancel the booking
Modify the selected service(s), date, time...
Create a new booking based on a existing booking info

Loyalty (Stamp) Card Feature

TwinClicks has an embedded loyalty (stamp) card that automatically counts your bookings and notifies users about the earned rewards.

All simple and easy.

This feature is optional and can be turned on/off and customized by the service provider.

Agenda per employee

There is one agenda per employee. Each employee can:

Define their own working hours for each day of week
Fully manage their own agenda
View agenda of their colleagues.

From the booking details, employees may cancel/modify bookings, or call their clients directly form the app.

Calendar View

Employees may switch from agenda to calendar view and:

Configure view for several days per week
Zoom and scroll by time
View several employees' calendar in parallel
Perform any action related to booking management
Switch back to agenda when needed

Booking Validation

Employees can easily review and triage new bookings (optional feature). From the list of the new bookings they can:

Validate the booking, which removes the booking from the validation list
Label it "To Call", if there is a need to call the client and clarify the booking request
Go to "Details" to see the booking details. From there the employee can : call the client, modify or cancel the booking
